Center Of Excellence (COE) Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation in the Dp Derm Center of Excellence (COE) Program ("Program") offered by Dp Derm. By participating in the Program, the clinic or professional ("Participant") agrees to adhere to these Terms.

 

1. Eligibility

  • Participation is open to top-tier clinics that adhere to complete DermapenWorld protocols and offer the complete Dp Dermaceuticals retail line of products.
  • Participants must have a good reputation in the community, high ratings on review platforms, and be highly respected in their area and the industry. Clinics may be denied COE consideration if they are found to have verified negative feedback or reviews.

 

2. Program Details

  • The Program focuses on both B2B and B2C commissions, rewarding professionals, industry leaders, and clinics that excel in microneedling and skincare.
  • Participants will act as exemplary representatives of the DermapenWorld ethos, showcasing the efficacy of our treatments and providing an exceptional client experience.

 

3. Marketing Support

  • Participants will receive all necessary marketing and social media assets, including high-quality images, banners, product descriptions, and specialized promotional content.
  • Trackable links and promo codes will be provided to ensure accurate tracking of referrals and sales.

 

4. COE Web Page

  • Each Participant will have a dedicated page on the Dp Derm site (e.g., dpderm.com/coename), showcasing their clinic as a leader in the industry and driving patient traffic to their location.

 

5. Requirements

  • Periodically host training events, product launches, and other in-clinic and virtual events that help to boost brand awareness and educate the public about our brand, with the frequency of events being negotiable.
  • Adhere to all recommended DermapenWorld treatment protocols, including homecare and adjunct therapies.
  • Keep up to date with the latest education from Dp Derm and DermapenWorld, maintaining current knowledge of products and procedures.
  • Regularly post content on social media platforms, as well as engage and interact with Dp Derm and DermapenWorld’s social media activity. The minimal requirement is one post per week, with posts focusing on highlighting both the treatment and products used.
  • Periodically produce and post product and brand testimonial videos. The minimal requirement is once per quarter, with posts focusing on highlighting both the treatment and products used.
  • Be available to prospective clients to discuss and provide feedback on the benefits of using DermapenWorld’s Microneedling devices and Dp Dermaceuticals products.
  • Stock and promote the sales of the complete Dp Dermaceuticals line of retail products and home use devices.
  • Maintain a sufficient level of Dp Dermaceuticals stock with a minimum purchase requirement. Amounts are negotiable and will be based on clinic size and treatment volume.

 

6. Termination

  • Either party reserves the right to terminate participation in the Program at any time. Any mention of the program participant’s status as a COE will be required to be removed from the program participant’s website, social media, and physical location.

 

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dp Derm’s headquarters are located.
