DP Derm Care Plan


Long-Term Device Protection: The DP Derm Care Plan provides five (5) years of protection for your registered Dermapen 4 device from the date of Care Plan purchase. This extended coverage helps clinics protect their investment and maintain uninterrupted treatment services.


Replacement Coverage: Eligible customers may receive one (1) replacement device during the five-year coverage period if the registered Dermapen 4 device is lost, stolen, or damaged and the claim is approved by Dp Derm.


Protect Your Investment: The DP Derm Care Plan ensures your clinic is protected against unexpected incidents that could interrupt treatments or patient care.


Registered Device Coverage: The Care Plan applies only to the Dermapen 4 device registered at the time of purchase and must be associated with a valid device serial number.


Non-Transferable Protection: The DP Derm Care Plan is non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another device, clinic, individual, or business.

Service Coverage


Five-Year Coverage Period: Coverage under the DP Derm Care Plan begins on the date of Care Plan purchase and remains active for five (5) consecutive years.


One Replacement Benefit: The Care Plan provides one (1) replacement Dermapen 4 device during the five-year coverage period if the registered device is lost, stolen, or damaged and the claim is approved.


Device Specific Coverage: Coverage applies only to the Dermapen 4 device registered at the time of Care Plan purchase and must be associated with a valid device serial number.


Non-Transferable Plan: The DP Derm Care Plan cannot be transferred or reassigned to another device, individual, clinic, or business.


Plan Expiration: The Care Plan automatically expires at the end of the five-year coverage period and does not renew automatically.

How It Works


Report the Incident: Contact Dp Derm Customer Support to notify our team if your registered Dermapen 4 device has been lost, stolen, or damaged.


Submit Documentation: Provide proof of Care Plan purchase, device ownership, and supporting documentation describing the incident. Photos or additional documentation may be requested, and a police report may be required in cases of theft.


Claim Evaluation: All claims submitted under the DP Derm Care Plan are reviewed by our support team to verify eligibility and documentation.


Replacement Device Issued: If the claim is approved, Dp Derm will issue a replacement Dermapen 4 device and arrange shipment to the registered clinic or purchaser.


Once a replacement device has been issued, the replacement benefit under the Care Plan is considered fulfilled. The Care Plan will remain active for the remainder of the five-year term, but no additional replacement claims will be eligible.
